Elizabeth “Eliza” Jane Christlieb, born 27 November 1822; baptized 27 March 1825, at Ziegler’s Log Church, Mifflin Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania by G. Heilig, Preacher of the Lutheran Church; married, ca. 1848, David Snoke, son of Bishop John Snoke of the River Brethren religious denomination.

George A. Snoke (Friedrich Carl Christlieb1, Carl Christlieb2, George Christlieb3, Eliza Jane Christlieb4) [945], born July 1849, Mifflin Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania; died November 1912, Penn Township, Cumberland County. He served in Company F, 209th Regiment of the Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry during the Civil War. In 1880, he married Martha N. Shetler, born in August 1849; died 1934. Their tombstone carries the statement, FOUNDER OF THE CENTERVILLE CEMETERY. George’s aunt (his mother’s sister) is buried on his cemetery lot. It reads, HANNAH REBECCA CHRISTLEIB [sic Christlieb] 1833-1912.
Samuel Snoke (Friedrich Carl Christlieb1, Carl Christlieb2, George Christlieb3, Eliza Jane Christlieb4) [945], born December 1853, Mifflin Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania; died 1926, Penn Township, Cumberland County. In 1875, he married Lavina Lautsbaugh who died on September 5, 1905, at age 56 years, 11 months, 18 days. Samuel was married a second time in 1907 to Minnie E. Ferree. Lavina is buried in the Hayes Grove Cemetery. The graveyard is adjacent to the Church of the Brethren.

David E. Snoke (Friedrich Carl Christlieb1, Carl Christlieb2, George Christlieb3, Eliza Jane Christlieb4) [945], was born in Penn Township in September 1860 and died there in 1940. In 1880 he married Ella M. Beecher, born July 1857, died 1932 in Penn Township. David and Ella are buried in the Hayes Grove Cemetery.
Lucy M. Snoke (Friedrich Carl Christlieb1, Carl Christlieb2, George Christlieb3, Eliza Jane Christlieb4) [945], was born in Penn Township in 1862. She married William Crusey, ca. 1879. Lucy died in 1890 and is buried in the Hayes Grove Cemetery. Other family members buried there are Emma Louisa Crusey (1882-1889) and David S. Crusey (1880-1968).
