Margaret Ellen Christlieb

b. 1841

Margaret Ellen Christlieb (Friedrich Carl Christlieb1, Carl Christlieb2, Jacob Christlieb3) [1003], born 1846 (Twin of Levi); married, 1875 in Mifflin Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, George Ginter. Ellen and George Ginter were lifelong residents of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. The 1900 U.S. Census lists Ellen as a widow born July 1844. (Historian Benjamin Franklin Christlieb stated that the year was 1846.) According to the census, Ellen and her daughter were living in Upper Mifflin Township. Ellen is identified in her father’s will as Margaretta E., an indication that Ellen was her middle name.
